What's not to like? • Lower Kananaskis Lake, Kananaskis Country, Alberta, Canada

This photo (another one from our day trip to K. country on Saturday) is a merged HDR of 3 bracketed photos. Joe didn't use the tripod on this one. The camera was sitting on a picnic table.

This place was perfect for a (better not admit this habit)

break. The picnic tables were situated right among the trees and bushes on shore, and there was only one other car parked at the parking lot. Few people were walking on the opposite shore, few were boating on the lake, but all in all - it was quiet, birds were happily chirping, and the wind was blowing over the water. Paradise on earth! *s*.
