Calgary Stampede Parade Marshal • At the Calgary Stampede, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

The world famous Calgary Stampede - The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth - started this morning with the parade. Mike Holmes - Canada's most well known and trusted contractor from the TV show Holmes on homes - was chosen for the prestigious role as Parade Marshal.

From the Calgary Stampede site: "I've lived my life by the same values that the Calgary Stampede represents: Make a difference. Live with integrity. Make it right," says Holmes. "I truly believe in building a lasting future and restoring the dreams of the past, something the Stampede has been representing for almost a century."
